Had a short conference (my idea) with Ella's 5th Grade teacher this week.
(1) I love her!
(2) We are getting Ella re-tested for
learning issues at this school
(3) this school teaches math by a very
different method than our PA school

I felt I should make cookies yesterday and I didn't know why.
Then I found out a friend had a terrible, no good, awful, day.
And then I knew why.
I dropped them off at her house, still warm.
And it made her day better.

Poor Bianca really needs to be in Kindergarten.
Preschool is only 2 days a week and she is
academically above the other students in her class.
I thought it wouldn't be a big deal,
but I'm thinking it might become a big deal.

My iPhone is starting to act weird.
It's like they time the breaking down of the phone
at the moment they release a new version.

You need an address in Salt Lake county.
Texas has a program called TexShare. Once you establish that you are a good library patron in your home city, you can then get a card that allows you to check out books from any library system in the state (including universities). I know that doesn't help where you live, but you could see if your state has anything similar? They don't really advertise it here--you have to be a pretty frequent library goer/user to find out the info. Perhaps also see if there are any Little Free Libraries set up in your area? http://littlefreelibrary.org/ourmap/
It costs $80 per year for a non salt lake resident to get a library card there, according to the SLC library website. They have all the regulations there as well.
I drive into Savannah here rather than the local library because the local is SO ridiculously tiny. They have a great deal for military families to use it or I would pay too.
Dang, too bad you didn't post this before you came down to St. George last weekend. I'm getting ready to sell my twins' carseats that they no longer need.
