We've been having an on-going problem with Bianca staying up way past her older sisters. She just can't get to sleep. I finally bought these Vitafusion SleepWell Gummies.

An adult dose is two gummies. I take just one on nights when my insomnia is bad and fall right to sleep with no groggy feeling in the morning.  Bianca takes 1/2 of one and goes right to sleep.
