This & That Thursday (and gassy babies)

10.09.2014

He had a great first Birthday.
I am so grateful for him.
My sweet, Judo McMudo.

My In-Laws are visiting.
Jude had absolutely NO Stranger-Danger with them.
Do you think he recognizes (by physical looks) that they're related to Matt?

My favorite Dr. Seuss story has always been THIS one.
And no one seems to have heard of it.
Weird.

Matt informed me last night that right after my c-section
he glanced behind the curtain and saw
my uterus laying on my stomach while the doctors worked on it.
Why does this creep me out to no end?!

You gotta watch this.
Coolest Library staff ever.

I miss the OLD Sesame Street.
How come they never show Barkley anymore?

We still don't have a place to live in Utah.

Last week I was talking to my Jenny Lemmons on the phone
and started crying because I won't get to see her family each year.
We love them SO much and I imagined our families
spending every Summer together for years to come.
This move is going to be harder than I thought.

Cici has been switched to Soy Formula and she is NOT
doing well. Just like Jude was when he switched....
Gassy and sad.

I love using my slow cooker.
It's just so...Autumn-y.

Maybe he remembers them from their last visit! heh..

I still have a hard time knowing that Dave witnessed the episiotomy when Isaac was born. I really really wish he hadn't seen that. (so does he.)

I would have a hard time missing those beach vacations too. Sad.

Poor Cecilia!

While I am slaving away paying bills for a living I was just thinking "I wonder where Emilie is going to live and would it be weird to invite her to our family lunch we do every Christmas.

I love that Dr. Seuss book too. I don't think there's a book of his that I don't love though.
And is it weird that I really wanted to watch my own c-sections? I hated having that stupid curtain up in front of my face.
