Ella rocked her Ancient Egypt project on the goddess Ma'at.
I was very proud.

Just a note: We did NOT do any of her project.
I got the books from the library and we sat next to her and
walked her through the steps, but she did every part on her own.

Matt and I started watching Scandal on Netflix
since Summer television sucks.

Ella: Dad, I'm getting older now and I feel like 
I should be able to start doing some grown-up things like you and Mom.
Matt: What were you thinking you want to do?
Ella: Pump gas at the gas station.

Despite a rough start for Ella,
my girls have LOVED being in Girl Scouts.
We will definitely be participating next year.
But I WON'T be selling the cookies.

Bianca is currently obsessed with watching Ni Hao Kailan. 
I love that show.
Soooo glad to be getting a break from Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
